Using the modular technician work area, the custom software tools, and processing system, we can simultaneously process lots of computers in the service center—instead of being an entirely onsite business that wastes the huge opportunity to process many computers all at once.

While most computer stores are 20/80 service/retail, Computer Support Partners is 80/20 service/retail.
In previous company models, the separate service and retail division service operated at $50-100k turnover per month, with up to 8 technicians in the center. Based on our experience, servicing the residential customer (which is bread and butter business), we obtain business customers (long term profit) that harmonize the service center through the natural peak and off-peak seasons of the business.
Strategically at a corporate level, we are creating and will continue to produce customer service agreements, further supporting and boosting each franchise business to fortify our foundation on the market. Ultimately, this franchising business is envisioned to go national and then international.

The outgoing royalties to Computer Support Partners is 10% of labor and parts, excluding cost of goods. As a rule of thumb, we usually recommend a 2-tier approach to managing the business income. First, a reasonable salary, and then profit sharing at the end of year based on the business profits. We believe that this will meet your income expectation from the business, depending on how hard the business is driven.
